Negotiation

Recently I've started to study about negotiation.

The more in it than I expected.

To have good negotiation, we have to do negotiation reasonably and emotionally.

Before meeting counterpart, we should make preparations logically.

After meeting counterpart, we should make presentations feelingly.

This technique can be used when you talk to business partner,store clerk. even your husband(wife),

You will be able to transmit what you want to say smoothly.

I think communication skill means negotiation skill.

Singapore

I may go to Singapore next summer to do internship.

So today I' would like to introduce this country.

Singapore ,officially the Republic of Singapore, is a sovereign city-state and island country in Southeast Asia.

This country is one of the world's leading commercial hubs.

Singapore is one of the best commercial partners of Japan.

The population 5,339,200 and the gross area is 716.1km2(almost the same size as Tokyo23ward )

Singapore is famous for Merlion.

However it is said that the Merlion is one of the three major international disappointed sights in Japan.

This is because Merlion is much smaller than we Japanese expect.

I made a Kamakura!!!

As I've said before, I was born in Hokkaido.
I went back to Hokkaido the end of last year.
As I went down a plane, I felt intense cold and I realized"I'm in Hokkaido"

My house was covered by much snow .
My friends also come back to my home town and some of them proposed making a Kamakura.
Kamakura is a small snow dome.

We made a nice Kamakura next to their house.
It took 4days to finish this task.

We did BBQ in the Kamakura last day!!!
